Absolutely loved the homemade marmalade served here—an epic treat that complemented the cozy breakfasts! Plus, the quiet setting was fantastic for unwinding after a day of culinary exploration nearby.
Honestly, I don't think there was anything to critique—everything still shined like a bonnie day on the Highlands!

The room offered a stunning view across open fields, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The bathroom and shower were top-notch, adding comfort to the stay.
Wi-Fi was non-existent upon arrival, making communication tricky. The fridge was off with doors wedged open, and the utility room was inaccessible, which was frustrating. Trip hazards inside the building posed a safety concern, particularly with loose sink fittings and high thresholds between rooms. fire safety was questionable with only one battery-powered alarm on a high shelf.

The location offered a stunning view over open fields, and the accommodation was clean and inviting. Breakfast was a highlight, tailored to everyone’s preferences and beautifully prepared each morning. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and inaccessible on arrival, and several amenities like the utility room were not functional. there were safety concerns regarding the lack of adequate fire alarms and trip hazards inside the building that need addressing.

Had a great time with friends here! We enjoyed stunning views and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was specially tailored and delicious. We visited the lovely beach area of Balintore and explored Dornoch as well. Our hosts were super accommodating and made our stay memorable. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy getaway with friends.
The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi, which made it tough to stay connected. It would have been nice to have better access for planning our outings.
